At BulletProof Hitches, we want to ensure your fit is as perfect as your style. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all manufacturer tags remain securely attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
